Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel

For more than 7 days to the experience, you can book by contacting Bottenvikens directly. However, some experiences have special rules for rebooking, such as overnight stays and experiences that require long preparation, therefore there may be some exceptions. This is stated under Rules and Safety on the experience's product page.

With less than 7 days to the experience, the experience cannot be booked.

On the day: If something unforeseen has occurred immediately before or on the day of the experience (e.g. illness) please contact the experience manager so they know that you will not be attending. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Alternatively, you are usually welcome to give your ticket to someone else.
